Airspace is the story of large corporate interests trumping the constitutional and public trust of free speech, and access though media providers, television, broadband and radio. Told through the voices of four attorneys caught on the tarmac on the morning of 9/11, headed to Washington to appear on both sides of an FCC hearing concerning further media conglomeration, a result a local NYC trial for a violation of FCC rule for small bandwidth operation, Airspace at once tells the story of American corporate greed, the consequence for free speech, the ill effects it has wrought upon the education of  American culture, the direct effect of American corporate indifference and diffidence furthering the electorates willingness to allow for unnecessary wars, climate change, deregulation of finance and the resulting economic chaos resolved with taxpayers relief, a health care debacle putting a sixth of our population at risk, and the current and near incredible self interests that govern those whose job is to govern us.

Airspace tells the story of the curious similarity between 9/11, an act of a desperate people and our own brand of corporate imperialism from the will-full imposition of our culture, the legal export of cigarettes, Macdonald’s in our classroom, and the dissimulation of 'Commonwealth' for 'Corporate wealth.’ Airspace, through the eyes of it's protagonists weaves the story in the belly of the plane in which they are stuck for half a day, of how the world appears to be coming to an end, and, as they come to reckon, reasonably so, for American transgressions have included, imperial inflictions of power and greed, and of way more consequence and defilement of the rights of human kind than the small black eye which, in the depths of an international despair, was a blow to our pride and hopefully a  wake -up call to our sense of order and reason and the debt we all have to all of humanity.
